To commemorate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, HDI Nigeria team visited Iyaniwura Children Foundation to donate school bags, sandals and wheelchair to children with disabilities under their care. #IDPWD2020
Mrs. Esther Oladunni Ajinde, a widow with four out-of-school children, shares her story and explained how HDI Nigeria enrolled her children into school and provided educational materials such as uniform, bag, sandals, text-books, socks, note-books, and other stationery. HDI Nigeria also empowered her by giving her a job in order to sustain her family. Watch
We handed over school materials to Human Growth for Peace Initiatives (HUG-Peace).
